For the past decade, Epack has been the Management & Professional Liability package policy from CNA Pro. It offers coverage for Employment Practices Liability, Directors and Officers Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Miscellaneous Professional Liability, and Media Liability. Epack EZ is our product for businesses with up to 50 employees and $10 million and less in assets. It can be purchased as an EPL stand-alone policy or a combination EPL, D&O and Fiduciary Policy.

We have updated both of these policies and are in the process of rolling out Epack Extra and Epack Extra EZ across the country. Epack Extra offers the option of adding Crime coverage, Technology and Telecommunications E&O, and Network Security and Privacy Liability coverage to the Epack suite of coverages. It also provides additional coverage enhancements outlined in the product summary and highlight sheets. Epack Extra EZ is the update of our Epack EZ product.

Private Companies:  All states are approved for Epack Extra, except FL, NY, and VA.
