CNA NetProtect coverage is worldwide, claims-made with limits up to $10 million.
CNA NetProtect Essential provides small- to mid-size companies coverage when a security breach results in privacy injury, including private action resulting from failure to comply with laws such as HIPAA and GLBA; identity theft; network damage resulting in theft of others' information in their care, including trade secrets; and infection of others' networks. Admitted coverage is worldwide with limits up to $2 million.
